Moreno Valley suffered great economic losses in the 1990’s but regained its position as one of the country’s more developed economies in the early part of year 2000 with the arrival of new investments.

At present, Moreno valley is home to about 200, 000 people. The establishment of the Metro rail transit led to the development of an upper class residential area on the city’s eastern half.  Since then, corporate offices, industries and business parks started to mushroom in the city. However, let us not forget that every progressive city faces the risk of environmental degradation. As we earn, we also get to accumulate electronics that we use in our homes and work places.  In most cases, we do not know what to do with those that are already for disposal.

Canyon Springs High School is helping us address this kind of a concern. The school is organizing and electronics recycling fundraiser to provide a venue for city residents to donate their E-waste for proper disposal.

Bring all of your old electronics, including:

E-Waste EventDo you have old electronics cluttering up your attic or garage? Canyon Springs High School and All Green Electronics Recycling have teamed up to host an event to help you get rid of them responsibly–absolutely free of charge! Members of the community and businesses are encouraged to clean out their garage or attic and donate their old electronics to a good cause. Bring all of your old electronics to the event, including, but not limited to: computers, monitors, televisions, printers, mobile phones, laptops, DVD players, VCRs, microwaves, calculators, iPods, cables and wires, telephones, fax machines, scanners, computer parts, and more. All Green Electronics Recycling promises to recycle everything it accepts in North America and to never send electronics to a landfill or overseas for processing. Certified Data Destruction is available for a small fee at all of our events.
