Cathedral City High School Electronics Recycling Fundraiser

Free Electronics Recycling Collection Event Saturday, January 25, 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM Cathedral City High School 69250 Dinah Shore Dr Cathedral City, CA 92234

There are over 1,000 toxic materials used in making a personal computer. This includes brominated flame retardants, cathode ray tube (CRT), chlorinated solvents and polyvinyl chloride (PVC). Not to mention, computers also contain circuit boards, disk drives, display panels and semi-conductor chips. The CRT alone is believed to have eight pounds of lead. These toxic materials cannot be thrown in the landfill. This is why businesses need Cathedral City IT Asset Disposition to handle these substances.

Almost half of the metals disposed in the landfill are believed to be from electronics. This means that a lot of people still do not adhere to the law, or at least to every individual’s social responsibility to save the environment.

The great thing about this company is that it understands that businesses need minimal interruption. With that understanding, All Green Electronics Recycling handles ITAD without seeking major participation from the client. However, if the client does want to monitor how the asset disposal is handled, it can be done. It practices a centrally managed ITAD process that allows transparency for the sake of the client.

With Cathedral City IT Asset Disposition, one may be able to follow the disposal of IT asset through a secure chain of custody. There is an online client portal for clients to follow the progress of the IT disposal.
