Bonding while Recycling

One way to encourage people to recycle or at least responsibly dispose of their electronic wastes is through an event. An electronics recycling fundraiser, which this place has organized a few times, always does the trick. This is when you prepare a drop off point for all electronic wastes of participants. But to make it an event, you have to think of an entertainment to encourage people to come out of their houses with their e-wastes.

Events such as this will not only encourage people to recycle, it also fosters bonding among participants. In some cases, there might even be an exchange of electronics. After all, one man’s waste may be another man’s treasure. And after all the electronics have been dropped off, for sure, one will discover some that can still be used. These can be donated. For everything else, there is always All Green Electronics Recycling to handle disposal of e-wastes.

Members of the community and businesses are encouraged to clean out their garage or attic and donate their old electronics to a good cause. Bring all of your old electronics to the event, including, but not limited to: computers, monitors, televisions, printers, mobile phones, laptops, DVD players, VCRs, microwaves, calculators, iPods, cables and wires, telephones, fax machines, scanners, computer parts, and more. All Green Electronics Recycling promises to recycle everything it accepts in North America and to never send electronics to a landfill or overseas for processing. Certified Data Destruction is available for a small fee at all of our events.
