This “Gateway City” occupied by 48, 527 people is listed by CNN Money Magazine as the 34th “Best Place to Live” in the US. Its attractions include the La Mirada Theater for Performing Arts, the Splash! La Mirada Regional Aquatic Center and the Biola University that is an evangelical institution for higher education.
The city received a lot of attention because of its completely structured and well planned layout. It was named “the Nation’s completely planned city” in the early 1950s and gained praises from the State Fair because of its elaborate planning while still maintaining practicality.
City residents are organizing the La Mirada Theater Electronics Recycling Fundraiser to collect electronics that are already for disposal and prevent these from polluting the city. E-wastes do not belong on city streets. These should instead be sent to a recycling facility for proper disposal. Do not hesitate to join our collection event. Come and bring your old electronics!

Do you have old electronics cluttering up your attic or garage? La Mirada Theater and All Green Electronics Recycling have teamed up to host an event to help you get rid of them responsibly–absolutely free of charge! Members of the community and businesses are encouraged to clean out their garage or attic and donate their old electronics to a good cause. Bring all of your old electronics to the event, including, but not limited to: computers, monitors, televisions, printers, mobile phones, laptops, DVD players, VCRs, microwaves, calculators, iPods, cables and wires, telephones, fax machines, scanners, computer parts, and more. All Green Electronics Recycling promises to recycle everything it accepts in North America and to never send electronics to a landfill or overseas for processing. Certified Data Destruction is available for a small fee at all of our events.
