All Green Electronics Recycling provides IT asset reporting and certification for all methods of destruction and disposition. These services ensure our clients are protected from liability while mitigating any risk involved in the process. We record data that details each of the processes used for the chain-of-command system. From the initial report to the final Certificate of Destruction, our clients are privy to details of our processes and records at every step of the way.

And with high-level federal government agencies like the NSA providing their own regulations on media destruction, the need for accurate reporting and documentation of all data destruction services is essential.

IT Asset Reporting Services

All Green Electronics Recycling provides asset reporting to ensure our clients’ confidence in our destruction services. All assets that enter our facility are included in our inventory list with all identification stripped. Serial numbers for the assets are recorded, with items that are destroyed also being recorded and stored for auditing purposes and to ensure accountability. We provide an inventory list to every client for optimal transparency.

These Three Essential Reports Image - Agr

Stay Informed Every Step Of The Way With These Three Essential Reports

There is no doubt that All Green Recycling are experts at hard drive shredding and secure document destruction. But that’s not where our expertise ends, as we also know that every client deserves exemplary customer service. As part of our mission to exceed customer service expectations, we endeavor to keep our clients informed at every step of the recycling or destruction process. We provide three reports at various stages of the process, allowing you to track the every movement of your valuable equipment, and ensuring that you stay protected every step of the way.

The provided reports can be used by clients by way of proof that proper asset management steps have been taken, and are accepted by Government officials and industry regulators alike.

Initial Equipment Report

We create an initial report for all equipment we take into our possession, whether the destruction happens on-site or in our facilities.

Settlement Equipment Report

Once the decision for how to dispose of the asset has been made, we generate a report that provides the essential details.

Certified Destruction Report

The final report in our chain of IT asset reporting services is a Certificate of Destruction, which states the asset or the data has been destroyed to meet all regulatory requirements. This certificate is arguably the most important of the three, providing concrete proof that the equipment and other IT assets have been destroyed by a certified data destruction company. In essence, the Certificate of Destruction absolves you of any further responsibility relating to the relevant IT assets.

Protect Information With Asset Reporting Image - Agr

Protect Information with Asset Reporting

All assets received for destruction and disposition are tracked and recorded with serial numbers to ensure optimal security in our chain-of-command. This information is accessible for our clients and is used to track and monitor the process for every asset that comes into our possession. We create reports on the status of the asset until final destruction when a mandatory Certificate of Destruction is created.

Disposition Reports

Information about the asset is logged in our system as we determine its value and final disposition. All details are recorded to ensure accountability. The item is tracked from the time it is packaged at your location until the time it reaches final disposition at our facility. Reports are generated which show exactly where in the process the asset is and plans for refurbishment or destruction.

Our Work Isn’t Complete Until We Provide A Certificate of Data Destruction

We provide a Certificate of Destruction for all assets and storage devices, regardless of the disposal or destruction method used, as an essential part of our IT asset reporting services. We create these Certificates regardless of whether your assets have been destroyed on-site or at one of our facilities, or whether we have processed them for recycling.

The Certificate of Destruction we provide is a legal document and is nationally recognized, assisting you in maintaining your reporting and legislative requirements.
