Happy Earth Month!

Happy Earth Month! All Green has decided to take Earth Day and extend it through the month of April in order to collect more e-waste and help protect the environment.

We’re kicking off Earth Month with e-waste collection events all over the state of California. We have six events this weekend, with many more as the month goes on. You can check out our events calendar here to see if there’s one near you. Make sure you RSVP on our Facebook page! It’s not required, but we love to see who attended our events.

If you haven’t heard, we extended our Ugliest Television Contest deadline to April 30th, 2011 at 11:59 PST. The goal of this contest is to help promote awareness about the dangers of irresponsible electronics recycling, so we hope to see each and every one of you enter with a picture of your oldest TV. If you don’t think your TV qualifies, get creative! You never know which one the staff will vote for.

Last but not least, we’re proud to announce that All Green Electronics Recycling was featured as one of the “Green Teams” in the April 2011 OC Metro Magazine. If you’re in Orange County, pick up a copy and look for us!
