Event Sales and Promotions Specialist
Job Purpose
Ensures the highest level of event profitability by finding partners and promoting and facilitating e-waste collection events.
Overview
Makes cold calls and effectively searches for new potential partners for e-waste events, works to promote and market these events, and overseas event facilitation on the day it takes place.
Promotions Specialist
Job Purpose
As the face of the company in geographically-defined communities, the promotions specialists will coordinate and execute events, establish proper signage and procedure with drop-off sites, follow up on large (>30 QIs) pickups and interact with the local community at appropriate venues.
Overview
This position is designed to enhance the public image of All Green and includes customer service, event coordination and grass roots “election campaign style” marketing.
Major Account Supervisor
Job Purpose
Generate recyclables and revenue through the daily management of the major account specialists. You will also continue the training and development of the major account specialists.
Overview
This is a supervisory position that requires consistent written documentation, performance evaluation and coaching.
CSS Representative
Job Purpose
As the first voice of the company, the CSS representative will properly identify and address customer needs. This could include personally completing or professionally transitioning the customer to the appropriate group or entity.
Overview
This position includes sales, customer service, limited receptionist responsibilities.
Account Specialist
Job Purpose
As a key member of the company, the Account Specialist will generate a high volume of recyclables and position essential services by working with larger and/or strategic customers. They will source, contact, present and close qualified leads. Additionally, they will be available to the Account Executive Team for professional transfer of appropriate customers. The Account Specialist will work with district managers as appropriate to help facilitate events and/or drop off locations within their client base.
Overview
This is a sales position. They are able to position the entire suite of All Green services as well as the collection of recyclables.
Accounting Clerk
Job Purpose
Ensure proper flow of accounting information and maintenance of all accounting records.
Overview
Provide support to the controller by entering data, maintaining files and documents, and reporting.
IT Support
Job Purpose
Assists staff to resolve IT issues and provide courteous and knowledgeable assistance with questions.
Overview
Provides 1st level support for the Help Desk including research and resolution for technical problems. Serves as the primary contact for solving, assigning, and escalating tickets properly and escalates calls to 2nd tier support as needed. Maintains, troubleshoots and repairs technical infrastructure including Desktop Hardware, Operation Systems, Applications and Office Systems.

Web Analyst

The Web Analyst is responsible for providing information, insights and analyses regarding our online products/services, including standard reporting and monitoring of the health of the business, ad-hoc analyses of site projects, tests and industry events, and pro-active identification of actionable optimization opportunities. This position interacts with a variety of teams to understand strategies, issues and provide information in support business decisions. The insights provided by this individual would be used to make informed, data-driven decisions regarding the optimization of existing products, as well as the development of new opportunities. The Web Analyst is expected to perform these duties with little daily oversight.
SEO Specialist

Overview
The SEO Specialist and Webmaster is responsible for thought-leadership and oversight of website performance and the customer experience all the way through conversion and checkout. Monitor keyword ranking and oversee SEO efforts both on and off-site. This individual will be responsible for traffic and revenue goals assigned to organic and direct traffic.
.NET Software Engineer
Job Purpose
Lead a team of .NET programmers developing custom, industry specific enterprise software.
Overview
We are currently in development stages of industry-specific custom software. The software will consist of 4 major parts: inventory, accounting, customer relations, and HR modules.
Your job will be to take the lead on the project. Further development may be needed using VB6, but the long term goal will be to redevelop the software in VB.NET using SQL Server. The right person for this job would have the skills to take the vision of our CEO for each of these modules and develop user friendly and professional screens to guide the employees through the various processes.
Social Media Assistant
Job Purpose
Drives traffic to All Green website by managing social media accounts, participating in web forums and commenting on blogs, writing and promoting the All Green Electronics Recycling blog, and posting events and drop-off locations.
Overview
Produces content for All Green website and social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, All Green Blog) and then works to promote the content online. Manages / promotes All Green listings for events and drop-off locations across the web.
Clerical Assistant
Job Purpose
The job of a Clerical Assistant is done for the purpose(s) of providing requested clerical support for office management, communicating information regarding various activities, responding to requests, and providing for timely and accurate distribution of materials.
Overview
The Clerical Assistant will perform various administrative tasks to support the operations of the group. The Clerical Assistant will be responsible for entering information into computer database. This position requires an individual to work independently with a sense of urgency, as documents are time-sensitive and need to be handled in an expedient manner. Must be detail oriented, able to identify issues and have the ability to research and resolve the situation expediently.
Customer Care Representative
Job Purpose
Handle customer inquiries and complaints from eCommerce and internet auction sales.
Overview
As our eCommerce division grows, we will need a dedicated person to handle pre-sales questions and provide customer service to ensure positive feedback.

Outreach Specialist
Job Purpose
As a key member of the company the Outreach Specialist will generate recyclables by sourcing and marketing to appropriate organizations. The Outreach Specialist will partner with the Promotions Specialist in organizing and preparing for events and is responsible for executing the event.

Recycling Services Supervisor
Job Purpose
Generate recyclables and revenue through the daily management Drop-Off Site and Collector Account Executives. You will also continue the training and development of the Drop-Off Site and Collector Account Executives.

Driver
Job Purpose
Drives truck to jobs and successfully complete customer requests in a professional timely manner.
Overview
This position requires driving a truck to complete customer requests, maintaining accurate records and following safety regulations at all times.
eCommerce Sales Associate
Job Purpose
Sell products on eBay and other auction sites.
Overview
This position requires a variety of tasks, including: researching items, taking pictures, writing descriptions, posting on site, answering customer inquiries, packing and shipping items, and handling customer service inquiries.
Inventory Control Supervisor
Job Purpose
Manage the flow of inventory at ReUseTek, from receiving to processing to staging.
Overview
Verifies accuracy of incoming inventory lots, determines the resale potential of inventory at point of receiving and rejecting material with no resale potential, sorts equipment by type, then registers (audits) into inventory database, brings material to technicians for testing/refurbishing, oversees all sales orders being shipped or sold, uses inventory database to prepare Bill of Lading, brings completed sales lot to the staging area for shipment.
Logistics Supervisor

Creates routes for daily pickups and supervises 3-6 people.

The Logistics Supervisor creates routes, rents and returns trucks, maintains accurate records, and supervises 3-6 people.

Supervises tech area and manages staff, trains technicians to be faster and more efficient, checks inventory for tested material, communicates about data destruction with sales department, communicates with sales for needs/products available, prepares orders/lots for customers.
Technician

Takes untested and/or non-working equipment and make it functional for reuse.
Warehouse Supervisor
Job Purpose
This position controls the workflow in the warehouse and supervises 8-14 employees.
Overview
The Warehouse Supervisor manages inventory control within the warehouse and Green Pulse, controls daily operations of the warehouse, schedules employees, and recruits and interviews potential new hires.
Recycling Coordinator
Job Purpose
