Overview

The Logistics Supervisor creates routes, rents and returns trucks, maintains accurate records, and supervises 3-6 people.

    • General Duties

    • Creating routes for daily pickups
    • Responsible for truck documentation reporting (SB20 logs, all pick up sheets, signed pickup sheets and signed credit card receipts) are returned to the warehouse for processing
    • Update the daily route information into Green Pulse
    • Update the daily route information into CRM
    • Request Purchase Orders for truck rentals
    • Responsible for renting and returning trucks to the rental company
    • Responsible for reporting damages and incidents during truck routes
    • Responsible for reporting maintenance issues to rental company
    • Plan and schedule drivers for the truck routes
    • Plan and schedule drivers for events
    • Responsible for requesting a driver’s assistant for truck routes from the Warehouse Supervisor
    • Responsible for ordering all supplies needed for trucks and drivers
    • Maintain courteous, prompt and efficient customer service
    • Recruiting and interviewing potential new hires
    • Responsible for reporting all incidents and accidents directly to the Sacramento Regional Manager

      • Required Qualifications

      • Ability to supervise 3 – 6 people
      • Ability to drive a 26’ truck with up to 10,000 pounds of e-waste material
      • Ability to problem solve
      • Retaining drivers as long-term employees
      • Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
