Job Purpose

Sell products on eBay and other auction sites.

Overview

This position requires a variety of tasks, including: researching items, taking pictures, writing descriptions, posting on site, answering customer inquiries, packing and shipping items, and handling customer service inquiries.

    • General Duties

    • Post and maintain inventory on internet sites
    • Take pictures of and write descriptions for items
    • Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
    • Processing orders, shipping and returns

      • Required Qualifications

      • Experience selling on eBay by showing a personal or business eBay account with at least a 98% positive feedback and 120 seller auctions
      • Ability to write clear and exciting product descriptions
      • Moderate to advanced skills in HTML, Photoshop, Excel and Word
      • Ability to take pictures

        • Special Skills

        • Knowledge of computer hardware components, consumer electronics and vintage and collectible electronics a plus
        • Experience with MySQL database preferred
        • Experience with Magento platform highly desirable
